ClearSlide Accelerates Salesperson Productivity with New Scheduling Features

Quickly Schedule Meetings in Advance

With the new built-in ClearSlide Meeting Scheduler, sellers can easily schedule online meetings in advance with just a few clicks. Unlike traditional conferencing systems, ClearSlide includes a seller’s Personal URL for a unique company-branded experience. Schedulers also have the option to include local, toll-free, international dial-in, or soft phone instructions to make it easy for meeting attendees to connect from anywhere, on any device. After the meeting, activity and engagement data is automatically logged to Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics using powerful ClearSlide connectors.

Perfectly Time Scheduled Emails

With ClearSlide Email Scheduler, email pitches can now be timed for maximum impact. Sellers can time delivery to maximize open rate and click through rate – whether their email should be the first thing customers see at the start of the business day, regardless of time zones, or should be sent after hours when the customer is most likely to engage or respond. This feature eliminates the risk of following up too soon or too late—just set it and forget it for automatic delivery or even set up personalized drip campaigns. Similar to ClearSlide Meeting Scheduler, analytic data is automatically logged to Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics to capture open rates, forwards, and slide-level engagement to increase customer insights.
