ClearSlide Acquires Crunched to Expand Leadership in Sales Engagement

SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. – July 2, 2013

ClearSlide, provider of the leading sales engagement platform, today announced the acquisition of Crunched. With Crunched, ClearSlide expands its customer footprint and solution that enables companies to increase sales team productivity, enhance sales management effectiveness, and strengthen sales and marketing content. The acquisition has been approved and closed, effective immediately.

ClearSlide has seen tremendous growth and momentum over the past year. In 2012, ClearSlide tripled its revenues and its customer base. In March 2013, ClearSlide completed the acquisition of presentation innovator SlideRocket.

Crunched invested its resources in building its technology, including an online presentation capability, screen sharing, tracking and analytics.
