April was a big month for ClearSlide product updates. Below are the enhancements that were delivered to customers. Thanks to our customers for the ongoing feedback so we can continue to deliver the most robust Sales Engagement Platform that meets the needs of your sales, marketing, and customer success teams.

• ClearSlide for Salesforce. All edits to Live Pitch recaps will be automatically updated in the Activity Record in Salesforce, and smarter automatic Lead and Contact creation minimizes duplicate entries in Salesforce, further improving data quality. Live Pitch Recaps that are not associated with a CRM object or marked as “Internal” generate a new Activity Record.

• Live Pitch Recap Enforcement. New administration settings allow companies to require the Live Pitch Recap to be completed after each meeting. Contact support@clearslide.com to enable this feature for your team.
• Improved Template Analytics.  Analytics now provide additional detail that separate email template performance across Compose Mail, ClearSlide Mail (mobile app), and our Outlook and Gmail Plugins. Download the latest plug-ins to take advantage of this functionality.
• 
• Embedded Audio Clips. Audio clips embedded in PowerPoint are now supported along with videos, links, animations, transitions, and more.
• Deleting User Groups. ClearSlide admins can now easily delete groups without active users, as well as create “unassigned users groups,” to better manage user licenses and organize their enterprise instance.
• Email Footer Text. ClearSlide now provides admins with the option to add additional text (e.g., legal disclaimers) to email footers to address enterprise process or compliance needs.
