Comprehensive control of CRM logging and email tracking options with:

• New default settings for all emails
• Tailored settings for individual emails

With CRM logging option enabled, the email body is recorded in CRM in addition to the subject and ClearSlide content link.

Enhanced integration between Outlook, ClearSlide, and CRM allows users to easily associate emails with Accounts, Opportunities and Leads from CRM ensuring email activity is accurately recorded in CRM.
